饮食挑战
首先，房间里除了起居室之外就是一片空白，虽然起居室里似乎有一个食物储藏室，但食物只有水和面粉一样的粉末，显然不是很好吃，所以没有办法不利用这个环境来减肥！
况且外面世界的一分钟相当于房间里的六小时。所以，趁着里面没有好吃的东西，我要拼命禁食，在短时间内减掉很多体重！
不，在外人看来，你可能确实在短时间内瘦了，但实际上，你在房间里却要付出相当长一段时间的努力！
啊，是的。
在精神和时间的房间里，表面上我很快就会瘦下来，但内心却要忍受很长时间！这可不好（吐血）。
发展技能，获得资格！
是的，这个房间的独特之处在于，你可以在室外很短的时间内，在室内度过很长时间。
