Kagura, the heroine of Gintama, is a maverick girl who says and does things that are hard to believe for a jump heroine, but she looks cute and is said to be very pretty if she is quiet.
Kagura's trademark is her dumpling head, Chinese dress and parasol. In the door picture of the original work, the ending of the anime, and in the play, she was shown in a swimsuit, a dress, a yukata, and a cute winter outfit.
Such a Kagura-chan would definitely look good in a cosplay of another anime heroine, and I'm sure both Gin-san and Shinpachi would look at her, Okita-kun would fall in love with her (or make fun of her), and Kamui-kun and Puppy would take pictures of her all over again.
It is also interesting that it is mainly Omyou-san who is likely to prepare those costumes.
