I cried.
I read the magazine (standby) and cried while catching up on the story, then I bought the comics and read them all at once and cried even more.
Having been a slave since birth, it is clear how much he cares for his companions, his wife, and his daughter Bonnie.
I sincerely hope that he will be able to find happiness in the incredible life he is living.
He has only hugged Bonnie in a suspended state (unconscious) so I hope he regains consciousness and hugs her again.
I felt that it was a very cruel past. I was very moved by the way he was not related to Bonnie by blood and was treated as a slave by the Celestial Dragons, yet he secretly worked against the world's governments as part of the Revolutionary Army. I was also moved by his feelings for Bonnie.
Although he was unable to meet her, he was always watching over Bonnie and watching her grow up, and he was a good father.
I think it's amazing that he's determined to cure Bonnie's illness even if it means losing his memory and becoming a complete cyborg.

I do think there are some sad and touching parts, but it felt a bit too sad, like it was made to make the reader cry, and I couldn't really be moved by it.

I always thought he was a terrible guy who tore Luffy and the others apart at Sabaody Archipelago, but looking back at his past, I was really surprised to see that he had become like this after going through a lot of hardships and sorrows in his own way.
